Returning to ASUS Repair Centers

You must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department before sending any product in. If a product is received without an RMA number, ASUS reserves the right to reject the package and will not reimburse you for any shipping expenses incurred.
RMA numbers will begin with EL and have 6 digits following. (Example: ELXXXXXX)

RMA numbers with EL will ship to our Indiana facility
RMA numbers with EI will ship to our Fremont facility
RMA numbers with EC will ship to our Canada facility

Packaging Instructions

We recommend 2 inches of padding around the product itself. You must package the product in a box. Any envelopes will be rejected at time of delivery. We do not recommend shipping in the original carton, as it will not be returned or replaced.
